We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days to arrive.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Five Star Hobbies ships to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are looking to expand to more international territories in the near future.
What is your return policy for hobby supplies?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most unopened and unused items. Please note that certain clearance items and fuel-based products may be final sale.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Most of our RC vehicles and electronics are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. If you encounter a defect, please contact us so we can assist you with the claims process.
